| • If received for free, customs do not amount to any value, unless given value through commissioned or personal art. | • Commissioned works are worth the amount agreed on/paid, unless given further additional value. |
| • You may not claim/steal/use any of my work outside of agreed terms and/or commissioning me. | • Minors are not to have access to NSFW. Do not ➀ Request, sexualise or create NSFW of feral or child customs ➁ Associate my work with NFT / Crypto / AI / Pedo / Zoo / Proship. |
| • My work (excluding customs you have ownership of) is not to be commercialised or profited off without my permission & knowledge prior. | • Anything not otherwise specified pertaining to profit, distribution & sales involving my work requires clear communication & my consent. |
| • I have the right to reclaim customs from & compensate blacklisted users. The user may be prohibited from any future association on the date of blacklisting. | • My work is labelled '16+ advised'. I actively recommend older audiences due to mature content and language, however all public content is strictly SFW. |
| ⁰¹ customs - designs by me | |
| • You must wait at least 7 days before reselling a custom that is bought/commissioned directly from me. Intentionally upselling and/or attempted scamming are strictly prohibited. | • Custom values' must adhere to all of these terms. Changes to value cannot be done disingenuously/in a manner that overinflates said value. |
| • A custom can be redesigned/altered from its original design, provided it is not done in a way that breaks these terms. | • My work is not to be misinterpreted as aimed or otherwise targeted towards those under 16. Customs can be owned by anyone 15 and over. |
| • My access to customs on toyhou.se cannot be removed. Communication and/or authorization is all I ask! | • Customs are to have one profile on toyhou.se unless given express permission due to co-ownership. |
| • It is prohibited to: detransition, whitewash, age up/down a custom, or spread harmful ideas using my work in any capacity. | |
| ⁰² commissions - art by me | |
| • Commissions do not have a cooldown & can vary in detail, but remain high quality. Commissions can be declined by me for any reason. | • I have the right to refuse service. This may pertain to breaking my terms of service, or that I feel I am unable to provide a quality, timely product. |
| • As per my commission process, you will be sent and asked if you have read and will abide by these terms prior to payment. Payment is to be made upfront. | • My wait times are relatively flexible; commissions may take a few days - a few months. You are always ok to ask for progress updates or a refund! |
| • Refunds/cancellation can be made at any point before the piece reaches a place of near-completion (ie. piece is ready for rendering or it has already taken place). | • I have the right to refuse a refund if it is not within reason or in a manner that disregards the hours already spent factored in. |
| • Progress shots will be sent via direct messaging. Direct communication is required per the commission process. | • By reading these terms & and choosing to interact with my work you agree to the above and its consequences if violated in any way. |
