| ⁰⁰ general terms |
| • If you receive art or customs for free, it does not amount to any value. It is prohibited to earn profit off something without additional value unless with explicit permission. |
| • Do not mark commissions/art/customs as more than they are worth (the amount you paid). |
| • Do not claim any of my work as your own or use it if not owned by you. This includes passing it as your own, tracing, heavy referencing, recoloring and anything that falls under this. |
| • Minors are prohibited from owning customs with NSFW. do not ➀ request, sexualize or make NSFW of feral or child customs. ➁ Associate my work with NFTs / Crypto / A.I. / pedos/zoos / proship. |
| • My work (if not under your ownership) is not to be commercialised or profited off without my permission and knowledge. Simply contact me and this can be discussed! |
| • Anything not otherwise specified pertaining to profit, distribution, and sales involving my work (if not under your ownership) requires communication with me and permission prior. |
| • I have the right to reclaim customs from blacklisted individuals (who have been made aware of their blacklisting) via refund/compensation. If no agreement is reached the user will be prohibited from any further association with my work on the date of the interaction. |
| • I advertise my work as "16+ advised". while 15+ may interact, i actively recommend older audiences to my work due to mature topics. All public content is strictly SFW (16+ advised), or NSFW (18+ ONLY spaces respectively). nsfw is prohibited from minors. |
| ⁰¹ customs / designs |
| • You must own a custom (if bought or commissioned directly from me) for at least 7 days before rehoming. purchasing with the intent to upsell/scam will result in a blacklist. |
| • my designs are worth the price they were purchased for + commissioned or personal art adding to total value. the above cannot be done disingenuously to overinflate value. |
| • Upon owning a custom you can redesign or alter the original, provided it is not to claim the original as your own work or create profit off my work in a way that breaks these terms. |
| • my work is not to be owned by or associated with blacklisted individuals by any means unless otherwise specified to the individual directly. |
| • The above can be overridden if communicated by specific terms. if you are unsure about someone via my work you can contact me at anytime to discuss any concerns. |
| • my work is not to be associated or misrepresented as for anyone under 15/16. Anyone may own my customs so long as they are 15 or older at the minimum. |
| • (On ToyHouse) access to my customs cannot be removed from me, if done without my knowledge I have the right to blacklist you. Communication and/or authorization is all I ask! |
| • 2 or more profiles for a co-owned custom are only allowed with expressed permission, otherwise all customs are to have one profile as per the above for purposes of tracking. |
| • It is prohibited to detransition, whitewash, age up/down a custom for sexual purposes, allow minors access to designs with nsfw. this will result in an immediate blacklist. |
| ⁰² commissions |
| • You can commission without cooldown. commissions can have any amount of detail (additional cost). these can be declined if I for any reason do not feel capable or comfortable. |
| • I can refuse service with reason. This includes blacklisted requests (see ⁰¹) or I feel unable to provide a quality product due to health or other IRL factors. |
| • SFW commissions and adopts can be taken for anyone 15 or older. When commissioning or purchasing from me you will be sent and are assumed to have read and abide by these terms. |
| • Wait times are relatively flexible and commissions can take a few days to a few months. if the wait exceeds that time you are welcome to ask for progress or request a refund. |
| • Refunds can only be made if you or I cancel your commission before the piece has been completed. refunds can be made at any point (within reason) excluding attempts to scam. |
| • I have the right to refuse a refund if not under fair conditions (not within reason). this can include asking to refund near completion/without the hours spent on the piece factored-in. |
| • I will send progress shots via DMs of the site/app you are on. if you do not have direct/accessible contact with me, then I will not be able to accept your commission. |
| • By passing this section or commissioning/purchasing from me you agree to the above and its consequences if violated in any way. |
